Neelakurinji blooms at Rajappara
Shola grassland
MUNNAR, November 1, 2009: Neelakurinji has bloomed again -- this time at Rajappara in Idukki district.

The flowering has been reported from Pathinettampadi medu near Santhanpara. Witnesses said that the flowers cover grasslands on three hills in the locality.

Neelakurinji is known to flower like a wave from one end to another of a large geographical area. So, this is to be considered to be continuation of the flowering at Kazhuthakulam medu near Santhanpara.
