Wayanad sanctuary closed to visitors

Wayanad, April 21.The Forest Department has closed the Wayanad Wildlife Sanctuary to visitors till April 30.

This is in view of the possibility of forest fires occuring in the sanctuary.

The Chief Wildlife Warden siad that the ban was being imposed to ensure free movement of animals and safety of visitors.
